1. No Refund Policy All payments made to IMG Secrets, LLC are final and non-refundable. By completing payment, the Doctor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the full scope of services offered under the selected package prior to purchase. IMG Secrets, LLC begins allocating professional time, resources, and expertise immediately upon receipt of payment, and accordingly no refunds will be issued under any circumstances except as expressly provided in Section 3 below.

2. No Cancellations Once payment has been processed, the selected service package cannot be cancelled, transferred, paused, or modified. The Doctor’s obligation to pay is unconditional and is not contingent upon any particular outcome, result, or level of engagement by the Doctor.

3. Payment Error Exception The sole exception to the no-refund policy is a verified duplicate charge, defined as the same transaction being processed more than once for the same service on the same date due to a technical error. This must be evidenced by bank or card statements showing two identical charges from IMG Secrets, LLC on the same date. All such claims must be submitted in writing to contactus@imgsecrets.com within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period will not be reviewed under any circumstances.

4. Services Already Rendered In all cases, the value of any professional services already delivered — including but not limited to consultations, document review, CV preparation, strategic guidance, and email communications — shall be deducted from any refund consideration, even in cases of a verified duplicate charge. IMG Secrets, LLC reserves the right to determine the fair value of services rendered at its standard professional rates.

5. Chargeback Policy The Doctor agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their credit card company, bank, or payment processor without first contacting IMG Secrets, LLC in writing and allowing a minimum of fourteen (14) business days for resolution. Any chargeback initiated in violation of this policy shall constitute a material breach of the Letter of Agreement, and IMG Secrets, LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of the full amount plus any associated fees, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees through all available legal means.

6. How to Submit a Request All duplicate charge claims must be submitted in writing to contactus@imgsecrets.com, accompanied by supporting bank or card statements. Verbal requests will not be accepted or acknowledged. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method minus any processing fees charged by Stripe or any other payment processor, which are non-recoverable.

7. Acknowledgement By completing payment, the Doctor confirms that they have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of the binding agreement between the Doctor and IMG Secrets, LLC.
